1. Assess, challenge and improve the financial performance of our three growth platforms
2. Assess and support M&A processes
3. Control & follow-up on return on invest of our business ventures
4. Focus on Operations: Close tracking of productivity improvements, ownership of selected key initiatives
5. Launch and monitor cost control programs, drive turn-around measures in underperforming entities
6. Ensure ambitious budgeting, realistic forecasting and action oriented monthly reporting
7. Lead Finance & Controlling functions in the BUs, by enhancing it’s capability and focusing the function on value add to the P&L
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on individual:
8. Minimum 10 years of overall experience
9. Experience in medium-sized company environment
10. Experience in consulting or business management (P&L, Operations or similar)
11. University degree in business or economics
12. Experience leading projects and international teams
13. High strategic & analytical competence
14. Excellent & precise communication style (oral and written)
15. Independence, commitment, and strong interpersonal skills
16. Ability to travel internationally (20-30%)
