An amazing journey of opportunity with an international team lies ahead - join us Your future contribution As HomeToGo’s Associate Controller, you will be a core function to support the Finance Team and the Senior Management, in their decision-making for the HomeToGo Group. You will be involved in the budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes of HomeToGo’s Headquarters as well as some of our subsidiaries. With these deep insights into the HomeToGo Group performance, you can provide important guidance to achieve our goals. With your collaborative, supportive approach and your analytic mindset, you will work closely together with HomeToGo’s Accounting Team on the monthly closing and Group Reporting Package. Your great business understanding will be a strong asset to the Investor Relations Team for pitching HomeToGo’s story to the capital markets. How you’ll add value Lead the entire Cost Controlling process, monthly reporting and variance analysis Establish controlling procedures in our Headquarters and guide the Senior Management in their decision-making Contribute to our staff planning and assist the HR Team with your insights Drive the improvement of existing processes on monthly reports Explore the opportunities for the implementation of tools for the entire cost controlling process Drive on our regular creation of forecast with giving guidance on steering, potentials and risks associated You’ll be successful in this role if you Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in controlling (ideally Cost Controlling) Have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders in an agile environment Are analytical at heart - with strong skills in reporting to the senior management Are structured, results oriented, with a great ability to reduce complexity Have strong writing and speaking English skills, German is a plus Experience with SAP as a plus Note : We operate a rolling recruitment approach - no deadlines, just opportunities.
