Within B. Braun Melsungen AG, Hospital Care division, we are looking for an OT Infrastructure Specialist (m/f/d) for the CSV team of the Digital Process Development department as soon as possible.
The design and assurance of the OT infrastructure is essential for the implementation of high-quality automation systems. During the project phases, this is a key component of factory automation through its planning, execution, and optimization. Activities such as maintaining, optimizing, and further developing infrastructures and related concepts are important building blocks within the department and the project.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* You act as a subject matter expert for the design, layout, and operation of the OT infrastructure, such as software, hardware, networks, and spatial facilities.
* As a member of a global expert team, you identify, implement, and improve solutions for the operation and management of the OT infrastructure, including on-premise and cloud solutions.
* You take care of virus protection, patch management, backup & recovery, secure remote access, and user identification and authentication.
* You support digitization projects in the areas of network infrastructure, device integration, and security.
* With your expertise, you support our production sites according to evolving business requirements and in line with global harmonization projects.
* You are responsible for conducting infrastructure assessments and planning and tracking necessary improvements.
* You actively contribute with specialized knowledge and experience to the further development of the B. Braun OT infrastructure, considering IT guidelines, and work on creating work instructions.
Professional Competencies:
* You have successfully completed a (Bachelor’s) degree in computer science or electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
* You have at least five years of professional experience in the development of IT/OT infrastructures and cybersecurity in the industry or a related, comparable environment.
* You are familiar with common infrastructure components, operating systems, servers, clients, and network systems.
* Good English skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills (MS Office) are required.
