The Service Support Representative is part of a team that interacts with customers, (end-users, direct sales teams, direct Field Service engineers, distributors/channel partners, BioMed representatives or third-party service providers), to handle a variety of pre-sale and post-sale Service Support tasks that ensure daily service activities are exceeding customer expectations and requirements. Job Responsibilities: - Fosters and grows positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer satisfaction. - Partners with Service Market Development Reps to monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory; foster competitive solutions to meet assigned sales goals / quotas - Drives improvement through service offerings and untapped markets - Coordinates all aspects of the billing process to include; contracts, part usage, labor, travel, and pricing according to current market conditions - If required to and in alignment with L2 support, dispatch technical interventions to field service engineers and provide administrative support to the field service team - Data management responisibilites, and EMEA SMX data and process cleanup in alignment with regional findings and global requirements - Answer requests for tenders - Generate metrics/reports as requested Qualifications/Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business related field - Must be fluent in German and Dutch (native or near native) with working English language - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, ServiceMax) strongly preferred - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) strongly preferred TO ALL RECRUITMENT AGENCIES: Epredia does not accept unsolicited third-party resumes.
