Key responsibilities:
The Market Intelligence Analyst will have global responsibility, focusing on leveraging data to drive strategic marketing decisions. It includes collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to market trends, market size, customer satisfaction surveys and competitors’ activities.
Market Research, Data Analysis and Interpretation
* Manage market research as necessary; select vendors, oversee data collection, prepare results including structured insights and recommendation.
* Analyze and interpret data, utilizing techniques and relevant tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
* Monitor and report on retail and producers’ market trends and competitors’ activities.
* Assist in predicting market size and market opportunity, at local and global level.
* Together with relevant departments such as operations, finance, and sales, to assist in developing and implementing multi-year growth strategies.
* Translate market intelligence findings into actionable business directions and messages.
* Create and distribute weekly market alerts based on press coverage and relevant news.
* Prepare presentations about market and industry trends to key stakeholders and regions.
Customer Understanding, Satisfaction and Loyalty Research
* Manage customer satisfaction and loyalty research process (NPS).
* Collect and report data/results from other customer feedback loops, including Customer Forum(s).
* Set-up and manage transactional surveys; coordinate set-up, oversee data collection, analyze and present results, recommend actions.
* Collaborate with sales and regional leadership to turn results into actionable insights and solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Work on customer segmentation models.
We expect:
* University Degree required or comparable education.
* Several years of experience of applicable business analysis or market research experience, in a consultancy, agency or at corporate level required.
* Proven experience of complex analysis, data retrieving and data modelling.
* Previous experience with Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other transactional surveys desirable.
* Used to work in multicultural- multilanguage environments.
* Familiarity with retail, produce, packaging, or related B2B industry experience strongly preferred.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, desirable experience with tools Mintel, Euromonitor, Tableau, Retail Insights; Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
* Excellent communication, abilities to convey clear messages to different audiences through different channels.
* Work autonomously and pro-actively to support all key stakeholders, regions and departments.
* Ability to work at multiple projects at the same time.
* Language skills: Fluent in English; other European languages are nice to have.
