We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a leading Korean automotive Tier 1 supplier. Our client, located near Frankfurt, is one of the largest chassis component suppliers globally, with three main business areas: steering, brake/control, and suspension systems. As a market leader in innovative automotive products and systems, they are a trusted and respected partner in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM and Tier 1 customers, including VW, Ford, and Stellantis. Promote and sell products such as brakes, suspension systems, and steering wheels to targeted clients. Analyze customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and provide input for strategic sales planning. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales with a proven track record of working with OEMs. Language: Native fluency in German; English proficiency preferred for internal communication. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
