Our client is one of the leading companies in the field of steel and aluminum processing and is a supplier to the largest OEM companies. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for their growing team.
Requirements
* Completed training in the field of technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
* Proven experience in performing maintenance tasks, ideally in an industrial environment.
* Knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Willingness to work in shifts and be on-call.
* Basic knowledge of using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
* Performing routine preventive maintenance tasks according to the established schedule.
* Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment issues.
* Carrying out corrective maintenance measures as needed.
* Maintaining records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
* Developing and improving preventive maintenance (PM) systems for equipment.
* Analyzing predictive data to avoid unplanned downtime.
* Performing proper repairs after emergency repairs.
* Participating in root cause analyses of equipment failures and supporting the development of corrective actions.
* Creating new PM work orders and reviewing and optimizing the effectiveness of existing PM work orders.
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and conducting safety inspections.
* Monitoring and managing maintenance inventory and spare parts.
* Collaborating with production and engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency.
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in the maintenance area.
