Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Designer - (Logistics, Customer) to join the mission in the Customer Product Line design chapter in Logistics. Our goal is to balance internal users and customers needs, business goals, and feasibility to build the best-in-class solutions that drive positive business outcomes.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work across our Pricing Domain - a collection of 3 squads focused on how to apply data and analytics to predict demand and adjust pricing and incentives. Together you’ll explore how to maximize revenue from Delivery Hero's available inventory & supply. You’ll help craft the vision of the pricing internal front-end and its position in the overall ecosystem.
1. Deliver high-quality responsive designs in a high-impact domain, working with cross-functional partners to ensure that design deliverables are realized as fully functional, easy-to-use features that solve real needs for our internal users and customers.
2. Helping to redefine and enhance our internal tool as part of our continued business growth through a deep understanding of our users and the role the web channel plays in their experience with Delivery Hero’s brands (foodora, foodpanda, Yemeksepeti).
3. Bring a discovery mindset to the team, running experiments to drive insights on users’ behavior to optimize the long-term value of our platform.
4. Collaborating across all phases of the design process: conceptual design, prototypes, validation of usability and feasibility, creating production-ready designs, and implementation.
5. Working and collaborating in maintaining Delivery Hero's design system to ensure high-quality implementation.
6. Extending your influence across our design chapter by sharing your skills and insights.
Qualifications
7. 5+ years of experience as a product designer, working in cross-functional teams to build and iterate experiences for both internal users and customers
8. User-centric focus with a strong understanding of designing complex platforms (web is essential)
9. Strategic thinking with strong skills in workshop facilitation
10. Experience working with Figma and prototyping tools
11. Experience working with or contributing to a design system
12. Strong communication skills. You need to be able to clearly and concisely express yourself and explain your ideas
13. Design metrics: Effectively surface relevant data for the team, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop tests based on data-driven hypotheses
14. Stakeholder management: Communicate effectively, influence key stakeholders, and provide timely updates. Skilled in navigating complex and challenging conversations when necessary
