Job Description
For our Business Area Wind we are now looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) for our documentation management to act as an interface for our service leads and engineers within Operations Region Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing and preparing "As Build" and project documentation related to the Offshore Platform and Substations in DanTysk and Sandbank. Become part of our Team and help us to achieve our goal as a Working Student – O&M Document Management for our office in Hamburg (Onshore, 40% office presence at our headquarters in Hamburg)

Main purpose of the position is
* Identify and search for relevant "As Build" and project documentation in various digital storage locations within Vattenfall.
* Systematic review, sorting, cleaning and merging of available documentation according to the existing shipyard documentation structure.
* Ensuring that the latest versions of documents are available to make informed decisions and avoid misunderstandings.
* Collaborate with support teams (e.g. VF Engineering or Project Management Agency) to clarify documentation requests and technical information.
* Development of guidelines for the optimization of documentation discovery and use.
Key Task
* Accurate and careful handling of the Substation and OAP As Build documentation.
* Content comparison of a variety of available storage media (OneDrive; LiveLink; Sharepoint`s; HDD´s; DVD`s and USB) including sorting of the found documentation in an joined document archive.
* Adding of RDSPP coding or document Tags as agreed.
Qualifications
* You are currently enrolled as a student in in an technical profession i.e. Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Renewable Energies
* Fluent English & German language skills are a must have
* Advanced IT-skills in general
* Advanced Microsoft Office experience
* Basic Knowledge Microsoft Office SharePoint environment
* Good communication, cooperation and organizational skills
* Ability to carry out repeating tasks with continuous high quality and accuracy
Additional Information
* Start date: as soon as possible
* Working hours: 20 hours/week during university term, up to 40 hours/week during term breaks
* Duration: Minimum 12 months
* Location: Hamburg, 30% office presence are requiered
