What you will be doing ✔️ Analyse and Verify Orders: Conduct data analysis and risk assessment to detect potential fraud, ensuring customer information and payment details are legitimate. ✔️ Manage Security Checks: Oversee the security check process, including investigations, ID verifications, and order approvals or rejections. ✔️ Fraud Detection and Prevention: Identify and flag suspicious orders based on fraud trends and known fraudster lists, prioritising reviews to support dispatch efficiency. ✔️ Investigate Fraud Claims: Investigate customer claims of lost or undelivered parcels, collaborating with internal teams to track and resolve issues. ✔️ Analyse Shipping and Transaction Data: Examine shipping data and customer information to determine liability and recommend solutions, maintaining communication with customers throughout the process. ✔️ Monitor and Verify High-Risk Transactions: Use tools like Tableau to monitor high-risk seller activity and verify the authenticity of high-value transactions. What you'll need ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ✅ Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. ✅ Skills in providing high-quality customer service and addressing customer concerns. ✅ Skill in analysing and presenting complex data in a clear and comprehensible manner. Even better if you have Experience in e-commerce fraud prevention. Experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, or a related field. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques. Experience handling international logistics and shipping processes. German language proficiency (A1 level or higher - EU only).
