Your mission You monitor, analyze, maintain and improve the processes of our ERP and CRM system Odoo and its surrounding systems As product owner of our commercial tool stack, you translate business requirements into configuration and development requests for our own, dedicated development team You design, implement and deliver commercial processes for new products, features, channels and markets You improve and support our commercial process landscape used by colleagues, customers, and partners You report your activities to the VP Operations Your profile You have 1-3 years experience in a CRM / ERP environment You both value your freedom to operate and an intense exchange across teams You have the ability to solve problems and have initial experience in project management You can imagine the needs of our users (Sales, Software-Industry) You know how to setup commercial and operational processes You are a master in analyzing complex problems and structuring multi-dimensional situations You are able to work in a structured and conscientious manner and like to get things done until the end Practical experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Odoo, Salesforce or SAP with a focus on product and pricing management is desirable You are fluent in English and German and value interpersonal connections Why us?
