P&O at TecAlliance means 25+ global colleagues across HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Reception, and our Operations Experts, known as PSP.
This newly created role is designed to support the largest HR project in our history: the Dayforce HRIS integration. This system will become our global HRIS as we scale, impacting approximately 1,000 employees worldwide with all core HR services. You get to co-manage this transformative project. And this is for sure not the last project.
Furthermore you get to work on the improvement of payroll processes and support future HR projects (eg. In Compliance, Personnel Planning etc.)
A LOT of quality (project) work. You'll be transforming unsorted and unstructured data from Excel tables into relevant, easy-to-use information. This means preparing data so it's ready for reporting, payroll, and implementation. Additionally, you’ll be working with our colleagues from all over the world to assign and track project tasks, align communication and processes and collect and refine data.

Support the digitization of payroll processes and data
Support operational HR & payroll work
Aspire to be a part of exciting HR projects with a focus on payroll processes, reporting & analytics
Previous experience in payroll and/ or HR operations (payroll expertise preferred)
Some experience in a similar function as project support or project manager, ideally with an HRIS implementation and/or within HR operations beneficial.
Tax Clerk, Tax Specialist, Payroll Accountant (IHK), or a similar field.
Solid understanding of payroll processes (tax law)
Excel Pro who loves finding ways to automate tasks and get rid of manual processes
Advanced English (B2+) and German (B2+) proficiency.
As this project is already underway and will continue until at least the end of this year, we are looking for candidates who can start immediately or very soon.
