The Intellectual Property Brand Protection Team at Danfoss is seeking a Student Worker (m/f/d) to join our anti-counterfeiting efforts in Hamburg. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of intellectual property within a supportive and collaborative team.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding Danfoss' products against counterfeiters, gaining valuable practical experience in the field of anti-counterfeiting and intellectual property enforcement.
Job Responsibilities
* You analyze market reports and track down potential sources of counterfeit products.
* You support us in communicating with our external IP agents regarding investigations and actions.
* You maintain our anti-counterfeit files and create case summaries. You also keep statistics.
* You research online to find and document counterfeit offers on e-commerce platforms and social media.
* You help in creating reports on our anti-counterfeiting activities and results.
* You will help the team with various administrative tasks.
This role is best suited for a student with the availability to commit to the position for a significant period (ideally, at least 6-12 months). Your student worker contract of maximum of 20 hours per week offers flexibility to combine your studies with the possibility to gain practical experience and real-world insights.
Background & Skills
* You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in the field of law, business, or a related discipline.
* You have a strong interest in intellectual property, brand protection, and anti-counterfeiting measures.
* You have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
* You have an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring the integrity of our data and reports.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in English is essential.
