Our client, one of the largest life insurers in Europe, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Pensions Advisor. You will be responsible for our customer's complete written and telephone support and processing all enquiries regarding contract information, amendments and payouts. Responsibilities Provide the highest customer service via telephone and written support for business partners and customers in compliance Provide advice on life products, customer and broker enquiries about offers and contracts, especially in the implementation of direct insurance Process customer enquiries from quotes, contract changes and disbursements Requirements Previous insurance or similar experience Good knowledge of labour and tax law of company pension schemes, especially for the implementation of direct insurance Previous experience in company pension schemes is desirable Knowledge of SAP is desirable Strong communication and customer orientation skills Fluent in German and English Good MS Office skills This position is primarily remote; however, you will be asked to attend the office near Frankfurt 4 times a month.
