Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Management of administrative and organizational tasks for the General Manager DACH, e.g. support in day-to-day business, mailbox management, Share Point administration, appointment and travel management, correspondence management
2. Preparation of meetings and presentations as well as follow-up of actions
3. Consolidation and preparation of information/figures for decision proposals
4. Active communication with internal stakeholders (direct reports to GM, Headquarters CH/AT, Office and Retail Team DACH) as well as external stakeholders
5. Support with projects or event organization (if required).
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
6. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideal within an international setting
7. Excellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skills
8. German communication skills, additional language skills are an advantage
9. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
10. A networker personality with team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
11. Structured way of working, analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Comfort with digital technologies
13. Highest standard of personal integrity and discretion, particularly regarding sensitive topics, fostering complete trust and confidentiality.
