Responsible for work across Equinor Germany organizational units, carrying out duties aligned to generalist Human Resource (HR) business partnering. Tasks include supporting general HR program/policies, compliance, support across the entire employee lifecycle, supporting the line leaders in employee and labour relations and communications, leadership, team and talent development. You are utilizing your knowledge to independently solve complex tasks with a short-term operational or tactical impact/risk. You deliver on tasks defined by others (and potentially partly defined by you) with significant impacts on team objectives. You independently communicate within the immediate team, across different areas, and towards key stakeholders, including partners or external parties. You may navigate potentially conflicting agendas. You adhere to established procedures and identify as well as resolve challenges. You proactively seek continuous improvement, embrace change and ambiguity, you demonstrate flexibility to adopt new activities and ways of working, and take ownership of your own work. Within this position, your key tasks will be to: - Actively support the Country Manager on HR related tasks that include; - Implementing HR processes and policies. - Support team and leadership development. - Comply with data protection regulations. - Support change projects, advice and secure realization. - Support the leadership focus on Personnel security. - Become a member to our global HR team and be the HR business partner to our leaders in Germany. - Professionally support leaders during recruitment and onboarding?processes. - You are responsible for highly complex tasks in work - related legislation, employee contracts and manage master data and external salary payroll provider. - Be the vocal point in Germany on the annual salary review and reward process and follow up pension schemes and employee related insurances. - Participation in collaboration arenas to ensure compliance, informal discussions and employee involvement in change initiatives and processes. - Support Berlin & Etzel offices with IT and Infrastructure services. And for this specific position, we are also looking for: - A bachelor's or master's degree in; Human Resources (HR), organizational structure, labour law or related field. - Broad relevant experience of working in a Human Resources / People & Organization related position, ideally from within a matrix organization. - Experience from one or several of the following areas: - HR generalist. - Reward. - Employee relations. - Data analytics. - Advanced written and oral communication skills, both in English and German. - Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP & Workday) and MS office. - Ability to work independently, with a proactive mindset, as well as being reliable and structured.? - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence others. - Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - A willingness to work in a full-time position on a hybrid working basis, and flexibility to travel for business purposes when required.
