Do you want to gain hands-on experience in the gaming industry while engaging with players and helping shape our Chinese-speaking community ? If so, join us as a Working Student ( f/m/d) to support Songs of Silence The kind of stuff you’ll be doing Jump into the conversation – engage with players on Bilibili, Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, Baidu, and wherever else the community is buzzing. Mirror & adapt content – help us bring our messages to the right platforms, in a way that actually makes sense for the audience. Keep an eye on the vibe – track what players love, what they’re talking about, and what trends are shaping the strategy gaming space. Help us level up – research new ways to connect with players and get more eyes on Songs of Silence. Understand the creator scene – follow Chinese gaming influencers and tell us who’s making an impact. Requirements: Native-level Chinese speaker with solid English (written & spoken). Currently enrolled in university (valid until at least September 2025). Strategy game passion is non-negotiable – if you don’t play them, this isn’t for you. Already active on Chinese gaming platforms (Bilibili, Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, Baidu – at least medium level). You watch and follow gaming content creators – and understand how they shape the community. You’re hands-on, proactive, and just get how gaming communities work. Bonus: You can read Traditional Chinese (a nice plus). Perks Real industry experience – this isn’t just a side gig; you’ll actually contribute. Up to 12 hours per week, flexible schedule.
