Responsibilities Developing/growing targeted to key account level Prospecting and creating new businesses Managing, and maintaining a pipeline while ensuring all sales administration Develop sales plans and forecasts for the territory, manage KPI's Sales development and execution of accounts identified as strategic customers based on volume/value potential or strategic expansion of existing accounts Manage all pricing & gross margins within budgeted levels & BU pricing procedures Build strong partnerships with marketing, operations, and business unit resources (laboratory, audit, ) Present NSF International solutions and services to clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, video or web meetings, telephone calls, conferences, and emails Develops sales plans and forecasts for the territory, analyzing the sector and segment needs and expectations Drive sales management and pipeline efficiency to ensure opportunities are honest and transparent. Drive efficiency and accuracy in all sales planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within NSF Qualifications Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar position, preferred in TIC industry or Labs services Proven successful experience in sales and business development Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills. Ability to create and develop new businesses and build network. Creative and entrepreneurial thinking to exploit niche and enterprise level opportunity. Willingness to travel, incl. overnight stays Fluent German and good English skills Located in Germany (preferably based around Rheda/Hamburg) What we offer ?
