Tasks & responsibilities - As Manager Consulting, you will support in the design, managing and monitoring of smaller to mid-size scale initiatives across functional areas, businesses, regions & countries. - You will coordinate project governance and work packages independently within a project to facilitate project tasks and deliverables. - With your experience, you will contribute to as-is data analysis, the finding of possible strategic direction solutions and the creation of solution concepts. - Having the successful outcome always in mind, you will track the progress and strategic alignment of projects and initiatives. Requirements - Master's degree in sciences, economics or engineering (PhD or MBA a plus) - Several years experience with top-tier management consultancy and international work experience in Commercial, Medicine, R&D, Operations or Enabling Functions in healthcare industry - Track record of working on diverse national and international projects - Enthusiasm for (digital) strategies in our marketplace - Proficiency in project management and MS Office - Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail - Great team player with excellent stakeholder management skills - C1 level English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus Ready to contact us??
