What you will do to help drive energy transition:
* Manage technical IT staff onsite and support aligning with global IT team
* Record incidents & problems, analyze them and find efficient solutions
* Provide remote support to our employees to ensure quick problem resolution; provide field support, especially for technical challenges on site
* Installation and configuration of clients and OnPrem servers
* Assembly of IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
* Client provisioning to provide end users with the necessary resources
* Documentation of processes, configurations and solutions for a transparent workflow
* Maintenance and deployment of software through effective patch management
* Support with the IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) of IT resources
* Providing end-user training for the effective use of IT applications
* Technical support for core applications: Solidworks-support various R&D use-case
* Microsoft O365 support
What you will need on that journey:
* Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
* Experience in IT support and service
* Knowledge of the configuration, installation and maintenance of workstation systems, peripherals, mobile devices, LAN components, communication equipment, media technology, software and interfaces
* Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external vendors
* Hands-on mentality and ability to solve challenges fast
* Cultural sensitivity
* Ability to localize, isolate and rectify faults
* Knowledge of hardware and software availability and asset management
* Fluent in English and German
