Workload: 100% As a Wind & Site Assessment Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating potential wind farm locations both nationally and internationally, as well as developing wind farm layouts. You will conduct yield and noise forecasts and coordinate technical reports from external consultants. Additionally, you will support colleagues worldwide with questions regarding wind potential and energy yield assessments. Tasks & Responsibilities: Analyze the suitability and potential of possible wind farm locations Develop wind farm layouts and planning variations Conduct yield, shadow, and noise assessments as well as site suitability tests Coordinate, review, and discuss technical reports from external consultants Advise colleagues on wind potential and yield related questions Coordinate and document wind measurement campaigns and assessment of the data Profile & Requirements: Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Meteorology, Geosciences, or a comparable natural or engineering science At least 3 years of professional experience in wind and site assessment Knowledge of application of the relevant guidelines and regulations Proficient in WindPro, with strong skills in MS Office and GIS Meticulous, independent, and team-oriented working style Willingness to undertake occasion business trips Fluent in English; German or French is an advantage About the Team: Our team consists of dedicated experts who are passionate about renewable energy and sustainable projects.
