Will you be the next to join us? What you will work on Your mission Be the trusted point of contact for our farmers and farm technicians on the RootOS platform. Support farmers and farm technicians (Erzeugerberater) by answering their calls and emails, solving issues with empathy and efficiency. Proactively reach out to farmers to encourage and help them complete data submissions. Collaborate with our tech team to troubleshoot and resolve more complex technical challenges. Dive into sustainable farming practices to become our in-house expert. Set up and continuously improve customer support processes and tools. Create helpful, easy-to-follow FAQ resources that make self-service easy for users. Collect and share user feedback with our product team - we need your voice at the table Work hand in hand with our product team to test new and improve new features.
