While selling isn’t your primary goal, a little commercial savvy is needed to identify and discuss potential sales opportunities that align with customer success. What makes you stand out Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to put the customer at the heart of everything you do, with a strong orientation towards service and satisfaction. Communication Skills: Confident in verbal and written communication, proficient in German and English. Proactive and Organized: Independent, structured working style with a knack for managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Affinity with Technology: While deep technical expertise isn't required, you should have a strong affinity for technology and be comfortable learning new software and systems. Bonus Skills: Experience in supporting software products (e.g., web applications, e-procurement, e-commerce, cloud solutions) or knowledge of purchasing, logistics, or SAP ERP (especially the MM module) is a plus but not essential.
