Here at Brenntag we currently have an opening for a Senior Director, Customer Services.
This role will lead and steer the overall planning,development, performance and maintenance of the Customer Services agenda in BSP.
Please note that this role can be based anywhere in the world, but ideally within Europe.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategise and plan policies andprocedures to facilitate ‘Top of Class quality customer service experience
2. Lead the conceptualization of performancemetrics and service levels/requirement
3. Global oversight & alignment ofrelevant training and quality assurance programs
4. Global liaison between Customer Servicesand BSP Business Units
5. Oversight of Customer Services inrespective regions
