Who we are looking for...
You are a host, problem solver and eagle eye all in one! You are someone with a lot of experience in daily hotel operations, have a knack for guests and are attentive in everything you do. You are hands-on during your Manager on Duty duties and nothing escapes you during your daily security rounds. You are creative in delighting our guests every time and work with the Quality Team to implement our standards and achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.
What your responsibilities are...
1. You have a talent for communication and are in constant contact with our guests
2. You are responsible for the VIP care of our guests
3. You independently develop methods and processes to increase guest satisfaction and also take current trends into account
4. You are present with the guests, are interested in their experiences and are a professional in the field of complaint management
5. As a manager on duty, you are "hands-on" and lend a hand in the various departments when help is needed
6. You are present as a "host" in the guest areas
7. You evaluate our guest comments, keep an eye on our results, communicate them and derive measures and trends from them
8. You make daily safety tours through the entire building, document safety-relevant points and take care of their implementation
9. You are familiar with both the company's internal and legal safety regulations and put them into practice
10. You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team

11. You have already gained relevant experience in the area of reception, guest relation or management in a hotel
12. You have a fantastic appearance, are charming and convince with your professionalism
13. You are an experienced leader with a confident and calm demeanor
14. You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills
15. Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
16. Your willingness to perform inspires your team to peak performance and as a true team player you support the leadership team professionally with your expertise and advice
17. You have a work permit for the EU/Germany
