Field Sales Representative Austria (M/F/D)
Responsibilities:
Achievement of sales targets in accordance with the sales strategy:
* Introduction of a sales action plan
* Planning of target customers
* Promoting awareness of the Nexans brand
Marketing reports on customer visits, market, competition and innovations:
* Maintenance of current customer data with products and services
Preparation of offers according to customer requirements:
* Customization of the offer in cooperation with the technical department
* Presentation of the offer using communication tools such as presentations
* Definition of KPIs for each customer
Adjusting and confirming offers
Conducting contract negotiations
Risk management, legal and internal controls in relation to the Nexans Group Code of Ethics
Qualifications:
* Degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel, e.g. to customers and factories
* Global team player
* Customer and market-oriented work, with strong problem-solving skills
