About the role
The Inside Sales Operations Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day management of the inside sales team. The function of this role is to provide coaching as well as process optimization and capability development of the Inside Sales reps. The role reports into the EMEA Inside Sales Director.
This role is part of the Healthcare Services & Alliance central team and will collaborate closely with the Divisional stakeholders. Under the general supervision of the EMEA Leader, this role will be therefore responsible for the stakeholder management and multi-divisional coordination in the assigned region.
Your Responsibilities will include:
* Weekly check of actual versus target sales and supporting action plan from this analysis.
* Daily monitoring of process metrics, and work planning.
* Performance Management of Inside sales teams
* Driving implementation and adoption of the technology platforms in their own teams
* Establish a partnership with the divisional managers to collaborate effectively
* Present the Inside sales models internally to stakeholders and facilitate their implementation
* Facilitate change management
* Influence Divisional stakeholders towards optimized processes, account selection, target setting and best practices in leveraging Inside Sales

* Sales management and coaching skills
* Ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver outstanding results
* Previous experience in an Inside Sales environment, preferably in a regulated one as in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical
* Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
* Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Ability to lead projects
* Fluent in English and German
