Tasks
Your Mission
* Ensure new customers are onboarded onto the Oper platform in the most efficient manner.
* Accelerate time-to-value by aligning customer goals with Oper’s proven best practices.
* Be a trusted guide to our clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth and impactful transition to our platform.
* Champion efficiency, clarity, and collaboration to set customers up for long-term success with Oper.**
Your role & responsibilities:**
* Facilitate workshops – Lead onboarding workshops with various client stakeholders, both business and technical.
* Requirement analysis – Understand customer needs and map them to Oper’s platform capabilities and best practices.
* Platform configuration – Set up, configure and tailor the Oper platform to match customer-specific mortgage processes.
* System integration – Coordinate and support integrations with existing systems in the IT landscape of our clients.
* Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with onboarding leads, CS engineers, and the product team at Oper.
* Process improvement – Contribute to the refinement of our onboarding playbooks, templates, and internal documentation.
* Pre-sales – Support the G2M team in pre-sales activities using your experiences of other clients.
Requirements
What you'll bring to Oper
* Experience: 3-5 years in a related role, with a spotlight on delivery projects within the banking or fintech.
* Analytical aptitude: A love for problem structuring and solution crafting, using your analytical prowess.
* Communication mastery: Stellar communication and relationship-building skills both fluently in English and German .
* Agile attitude: An action-oriented mindset and a knack for 'getting things done.'
* Tech-savvy: A healthy familiarity with SaaS Implementations and IT projects.
Bonus qualities
* In-depth familiarity with the European mortgage market.
* Fluent in Hungarian
* Experience within a Pre-Series B (Enterprise) SaaS Startup in a customer success role
