As a member of the CEO Communications Department, you’ll be part of an experienced and diverse team that supports the CEO of Siemens AG in communicating across different channels and audiences. Your work will maximize the voice, impact, and reach of the CEO while also enhancing the perception of Siemens as a focused technology company.What we’re looking for:A strategic and creative thinker with strong storytelling and messaging skills who’s able to translate complex topics and information – from technology to business transformation – into simple and powerful stories and messages.The ability to develop compelling, memorable, and inspiring speeches and presentations, talking points, opinion articles, video statements, and social media content across different channels for the CEO in German and/or English.Experience in coaching and leading senior executives through the messaging development process and in providing appropriate counsel and guidance.The ability to tailor the message to the audience, and a strong understanding of communications across different disciplines and channels.Qualifications and other requirements:Executive communications experience, ideally supporting a C-level leader at a technology company.Strong understanding of business transformation and business strategy.Extensive experience in developing thought leadership content (for example, on LinkedIn). 7+ years of successful experience in communications and speechwriting, with expertise desired in technology companies. Journalistic experience is a plus.The ability to lead, manage, and collaborate with international teams on complex projects.
