* Lead the project "root cause" as BPO to find and align a sustainable and efficient sales-system setup
* Ensure end-to-end accountability for the Sales planning Tool tool and its related processes
* Reduce short-term workload in the organization by addressing firefighting activities
* Proactively seek improvement areas in processes and systems to drive efficiency and data quality
* Extend business steering opportunities provided by the Sales planning Tool (P&L Management, Trade Term reporting, Promo Profitability, etc.)
* Ensure that processes in the context of the Sales planning Tool are implemented and executed as aligned (promo planning, trade term input)
* Maintain strong connections with EU RGM and stay informed about discussions on functionalities expected by EU RGM/Finance to manage service providers accordingly
Über Dich
* Experience in managing sales tools and related processes
* Deep understanding of commercial planning cycles, including IT systems, interfaces involved, and data needed
* Familiarity with the Acumen tool and its functionalities
* Strong business understanding, particularly of Sales/KAM workflows
* Attention to detail and a thorough working style with a focus on long-term impact of decisions
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong project management skills

This position is vacant from the 1st of March 2025 and is located in our german based offices. The position is limited for 12 months.
