Job Description Digital Sales (Sales Ops) Lead, Europe In July 2024, Delivery Hero SE merged three of its market-leading food delivery businesses, foodora and Yemeksepeti in Europe, and foodpanda in Asia. All three businesses now make up the second-largest organization within the Delivery Hero Group, and leading food and QCommerce delivery in 18 markets in both regions. We are on the lookout for a Digital Sales (Sales Ops) Lead; this role will manage and optimize lead generation and management across multiple countries in Europe, focusing on achieving sales targets and improving vendor acquisition pipeline. This role involves implementing scalable strategies, leveraging automation and tools, and ensuring consistency through SOPs. The Lead will identify and address inefficiencies, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital sales journey. The position will also oversee a small team in countries to support these initiatives while aligning with business objectives. Major responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Digital Sales across multiple markets, ensuring optimal performance and achieving sales targets. Manage lead generation and optimization processes to drive vendor acquisition at a local and country level. Design and implement scalable strategies to minimize manual tasks using automation, tools, and outsourcing solutions. Build, execute, and maintain SOPs to cover all aspects of Digital Sales tasks, ensuring operational consistency and excellence. Identify and innovate improvements in sales activities, addressing inefficiencies to enhance growth and effectiveness. Conduct competitor analysis to provide insights and inform strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure a seamless digital sales process. Lead and support a small team in executing digital sales initiatives while maintaining high performance and alignment with objectives. Job requirements: ±8 years of experience in digital sales, process design, or lead management, preferably in multi-country or international environments. Proven track record in successfully implementing digital sales strategies and tools. Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with internal and external stakeholders. Leadership abilities to manage a small team and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
