Your profile as Manager (m/f/d) Warehouses: • Bachelor or Master’s degree, at least 10 years of professional experience • Proven track record in senior warehousing or logistics management roles within the automotive aftermarket or a related industry. Experience in managing multi-site operations across Europe is highly desirable. • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive high performance, problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills • Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with business objectives. • Solid understanding of budget management and cost control in a warehousing environment. • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
