Manage and develop your own portfolio of notable cubemos clients Ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction during the transition from Sales to Customer Success Continuously ensure effective alignment with internal (Sales/Product/Marketing/Support, etc.) and external stakeholders Take responsibility for customer retention, usage, and upselling Communicate and support our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle Help your customers achieve their desired sustainability goals through the use of cubemos Nurture relationships that yield strong references and enable recommendations Continuously receive feedback from customers to improve cubemos solutions As an ambassador for Cubemos, become a thought leader on current developments in ESG, sustainability, EU regulations, and action plans for companies Your Profile Full German proficiency (C2) is required for this position. You have in-depth practical experience (2 years) as an Customer Success Manager or Consultant. You have had experience with ESG regulation, as well as sustainability standards and requirements that companies typically must fulfill. You understand the challenges and difficulties, but also opportunities, SMEs are facing regarding the necessary sustainability requirements. You are tech-savvy and passionate about delivering digital solutions. You have a solution-oriented mindset and enjoy initiating practical solutions to complex problems.
