We are looking for a
Solution Architect (m/f/d)
(unlimited, full-time) to join our team at our Berlin, Verl, Baden-Baden and Tallinn locations to build the next generation of fintech.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Design, develop and optimize modern IT architectures, applying your expertise in cloud computing, microservices, and legacy systems
Own the design and implementation of IT strategies and solutions that align with Riverty’s business objectives
Lead cross-functional project teams, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver IT solutions that address complex challenges
Pilot and implement new technologies, such as AI, to enhance the organization’s technological capabilities and competitiveness
Support M&A activities by conducting Technical Due Diligence and ensuring the technical soundness of proposed transactions
Facilitate workshops and create decision-making materials to communicate technical concepts to executives and stakeholders
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization
What will help to succeed in the role:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field
Deep and comprehensive knowledge and experience in software development and the subject matter leadership of development teams
Proven track record of consulting and managing transformation projects, as well as advising on strategy development in Tech with a strong and inclusive hands-on mindset
Comprehensive expertise regarding large-scale IT transformation projects and complex IT landscapes on company and corporate levels
Sophisticated knowledge in the field of Tech trends (AI, DevOps, cloud computing, ...) as well as proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills including professional fluency in English, with the ability to simplify and convey complex topics to diverse audiences – German is advantageous
A proactive and analytical mindset, combined with a passion for problem-solving and innovation
