What you can expect:
* You tackle complex design challenges by refining and shaping user experiences for both existing and new digital product features, guiding the process from initial ideation and research to production-ready, pixel-perfect UI designs.
* Your approach ensures a seamless journey from concept to final implementation, delivering high-quality, user-centered designs.
* Acting as the user advocate, you lead design decisions within a cross-functional team, ensuring usability and a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.
* You communicate your design choices effectively, welcoming constructive feedback and fostering open critique.
* Through insights drawn from user behavior and both qualitative and quantitative data, you continuously refine and optimize design decisions.
* You work closely with our design system, maintaining its integrity while also exploring new approaches to drive its evolution.
Requirements
* You bring several years of professional experience in digital product design, ideally in an in-house role, supported by a degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent qualifications.
* Your expertise includes information architecture, usability, prototyping, and up-to-date UI skills, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and problem-solving abilities.
* With a creative mindset and a passion for solving complex digital product challenges, you work autonomously in a dynamic, agile environment and are experienced in flexible workflows.
* You are skilled in working with design systems and use both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed design decisions and continuously iterate based on user insights.
* As a role model for your digital product design colleagues, you apply your professional English skills to collaborative work and are based in Germany.
