Aufgaben
Within the Information Systems Department of ODDO BHF Group, you will directly be reporting to the Head of Business Services, your main missions will be to:
1. Ensure superior customer satisfaction for Business and maintaining it at all times
2. Work close with Business to deliver products in the best way
3. Control of the Quality of Service on applications used by our Business (mainly Private Wealth Management and Independent Financial Advisors)
4. Manage all necessary communications and crisis meetings on incidents
5. Provide KPI on products stability
6. Act as a facilitator between stakeholders (Business, IT, external providers)
You integrate a young and dynamic team present in France and Germany. You will work in an innovative technical context within a team passionate about new technologies and digital environments.

9. You have a first experience in project management
10. You are rigorous, dynamic, organized, autonomous, reactive, adaptable, solution-oriented and tenacious
11. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a great sense of service and enjoy working in a team
12. You know the JIRA tool as well as Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, VBA ..)
13. Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
