In this role you will serve as the key interface between MSS, RD&E, and Product Lines. Support and participate in the SPP process by planning, proposing GDPs and budgets and executing based on SPP outcomes. Lead and manage the AS108 product portfolio within the Global Development team, ensuring alignment with the Group Technology Plan and Product Road Map and Act as the design authority for all MSS products, ensuring design integrity and compliance with technical and legal requirements.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
* Develop and manage the GDP plan and budget for Mobility Safety Systems, ensuring alignment with the SPP process, Technology Plan, and Product Plan.
* Deliver GDP projects on time and according to requirements, supporting a systems approach
* Lead the AS108 project portfolio for MSS within the Global Development team, ensuring alignment with the SPP process and delivering Mobility Safety Systems.
* Act as the design authority for all MSS products, ensuring design integrity and compliance with technical and legal requirements.
* Collaborate on advanced development of MSS technologies to support the Group Technology Plan and Product Roadmap.
* Contribute to the yearly Market Assessment to identify market needs and trends, driving future product development projects.
* Ensure fulfillment of product and process technical requirements and support timely GDP execution across regions.
* Assist cross-functionally in creating master documents (DGDs, FMEAs, DVs, etc.).
* Support Global 1P1P activities in coordination with Global IE Teams.
* Define lead regions for global development projects and align resource planning with regional teams for GDP projects.
* Foster an innovation culture within MSS Development to create high-value Mobility Safety System solutions that meet current and future customer needs.
* Drive the implementation of Systems Engineering methodology towards building the System Architecture needed for Mobility Safety Systems.

* Masters of Science in Engineering discipline (required)
* Masters in Business Administration (preferred)
* Fluent in English
* Extended experience
