Join us in the Engineering, Procurment and Construction (EPC) activities for the Offshore Windfarm Cluster "Nordlicht," located in the German North Sea, about 100 km off the coast. You will become part of an established project Health & Safety team that values collaboration and fosters an enjoyable, positive working environment. This dynamic role is expected to run until the end of 2029, with opportunity to transition into same or other internal HS positions afterwards. The role requires proactive Health & Safety engagement to support the international Developer project team with its EPC activities, with a strong emphasis on structured safety coordination. Structured safety coordination involves engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective Health & Safety solutions, ensuring clear communication in the process, and completing related administrative tasks behind it. The role will also include some of the following key tasks; Support the HS Manger with solving the arising HS tasks Support with large scale HS contractor management Support with HS specialist advice with focus on adhering to national and international law, internal requirements and best practices. Operationalize and implement the requirements into the work. Support with HS audits, inspections and safety walks Support with preparation of HS documentation and reporting Support the Cultural Program Location The role is hybrid, requiring work away from office and home. The main office connection can either be Hamburg (Germany) or Amsterdam (Netherlands), with the option to work from home.
