Your role Manage and enhance the Communication concept for NextGenCRM, primarily for Sales Community Management for the NextGenCRM Network incl. key users & change ambassadors (editorial plan, text, interactive activities etc.), primarily for Sales Develop a concept and recommendations for NextGenCRM Network engagement Execute NextGenCRM Network engagement activities (fostering continuous learning and best practice sharing) Support rollouts with standardized end user communication package with Sales & Service Companies (SSCs), steer with the help of regular meetings Support developing country-specific Change & Communication strategies (e.g. China) Create content such as text, images, gifs and videos to increase awareness and enablement of CRM key users and end users Prepare, moderate and manage regular meetings with different target groups (key users, sales & service community…) Create storyboards for video creation Coordinate the collaboration with strategy and content creation agencies Support user experience and enablement for the global ZEISS Group Become part of a great team that is connected by a "we-feeling" and realizes the common project vision Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Business Administration or a comparable course of study Willingness to pursue a job-integrated Master’s degree (M.Sc. International Management) Experience in the development and delivery of target group-specific texts Experience in the moderation of meetings, delivering trainings or similar Experience in the coordination of topics cross-departments or with external agencies Passion for creating content and texts, images and videos is a plus Creative and change-minded, open to develop innovative communication techniques Project management skills Very good MS 365 skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented Business fluent in German and English Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Franziska Gansloser
