What you do
As Product & Innovation Expert mobile devices and digital risk you are responsible to activate and steer our IT enablers to deliver our products in the best way possible toward our clients through our IT platforms and networks.
You will work with cross-functional teams to support, steer, and implement strategic IT projects that are necessary to execute the digitalisation strategy of the Line of Business and will ensure operational efficiences within the LoB.
This includes leading the business and IT development of digital customer facing platforms for B2B2C distribution and/ or the running of an implementation team that supports delivering on these IT objectives.
Lead the alignment of IT implementations with LoB ambition and strategy:
* Define the IT strategy of the Line of Business
* Monitor progress on IT projects (incl. decommissioning plan) and alert for tactical decisions
* Ensure business requirements are correctly reflected in our global IT implementation
Lead the definition and implementation of a customer facing platform enabling B2B/ B2B2C distribution models:
* Project management and monitoring
* Definition of end-to-end processes
* Functional Lead of development team (up to 10 developers)
Define and support the implementation of the digitalization strategy for the line of business:
* Analysis of current customer pain points and identification of customer journey digitalization opportunities
* Join forces with product management & innovation team to develop and implement scalable digital assets
* Join forces with network management and operations to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey
Defining the requirements for the provider & network team to continuously strengthen the network of providers in particular when it comes to regional / international scalability and new market entries:
* Build AZP strategic vision for MDDR and Easy living networks
* Steer continuously the performance of existing networks and make critical decisions on how to pivot relationships where needed
What you bring
* 5+ years’ experience in (IT) project management, operations, strategic process management
* Experience in Assistance Business needed
* Experience in Digitalization and operational processes
* Experience with Agile way of working
* University degree in business administration, business informatics or business engineering
* Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
