About the Role: Join our dynamic and collaborative SCD IT Support Team for our Investment Administration Insourcing Services Business as a Simcorp Dimension Business & System Specialist. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our IT operations and ensuring seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive business and technical application support for Simcorp Dimension, ABOR, Securities, Back Office, FAP/FAM Oversee NAV calculations, revaluations, month- and year-end processes, and special operational procedures for the daily fund calculations for approximately 3,500 funds. Act as a liaison between business and IT teams Provide technical and business 2nd – 3rd level support for Simcorp Dimension to internal and external teams and clients using Citrix and SimCorp Dimension SaaS Support project work, implement new workflows, and manage configuration changes Initiate and Coordinate Problem & Incident Management with IT, Business and vendor Monitor system performance and optimize daily and nightly procedures Develop batch jobs and NAV-related workflow processes Define and schedule jobs for process workflow automation Manage application and change management processes Mitigate production issues, manage product lifecycle and maintenance Document processes, tasks, and procedures for support activities Required Qualifications: Completed banking or commercial training, or comparable business studies Advanced knowledge and work experience of 6 years with SimCorp Dimension including improving operations. Fluent in written and spoken German and English. Working respectfully and cooperatively with people across different functional and expertise levels Strong troubleshooting skills within SCD including DEX, Comm-Server, SQL, Oracle Proficient using Jira, ServiceNow and solid expertise using SQL Risk excellence and continuous improvement mindset, ensuring adherence with regulatory, audit and compliance requirements State Street's Speak Up Line
