For our location in Ludwigsfelde (near Berlin) we are looking for: Sales Manager (all genders) Code: CSC / Sales Your tasks: Responsible to secure business for the P&WC Customer Service Center Europe GmbH in terms of maximizing sales from an assigned territory ( initially within Germany and Austria) Main focus is to maintain existing business and win new business by targeting opportunities in developing and employing agreed sales strategies Embrace pre- and post-sale processes that result in customer delight Develop and build a strong relationship with customers and provide service solutions that are adapted to the customer needs Ensure that all identified business opportunities are closed effectively with support from the Business Units, with primary responsibility for final success or loss of opportunities Work closely with Regional Customer Account Managers (RCAM) to ensure that won accounts are successfully transitioned to RCAM through cycle zero process Work closely with the regional customer team (RCAM, Rental, Credit Control, Command Centre and MRT) to deliver customer solutions and CSC objectives Maintain a constant communication with the regional customer team to provide market feedback and to gain knowledge of the CSC’s continuous improvement program in order to leverage the improvements and to close the loop with the customers Use CRM tool to enable effective forecasting and customer data management Participate in the development of annual sales plans for territory Assist in development of company strategies within the assigned territory and participate in their successful implementation Monitor and understand the competitors and adapt the strategy accordingly Assist all involved departments to resolve customer issues where required Place of work will be based in Germany Your profile: Bachelor Degree in Engineering and / or Business Administration or equivalent Accomplished business winner and closer with relevant professional experience in an international sales organization Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills Fluency in English and German language Ambition, target orientation, structured and conceptual approach Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Experienced in working in an international environment Prepared for travel within Europe, Africa and Middle East when required Our offer: It is our self-image to invest in the professional and personal development of each employee by providing a comprehensive range of further education and tailor-made development programs.
