Job Description
As Price Administrator (m/f/d) in our EU Business Operations and Strategic Planning department, you will support our team with all administrative and operational tasks and processes within the business area.
* Handling of customer purchase orders / price contracts according to current QM system
* Input / control of sales and purchase prices in InforLN
* Update / follow-up of customer requirements and of customers’ general terms and conditions related to financial control handling to all related parties (e.g. delivery terms, payment terms, duty terms)
* Price provision management
* Retro-active price control
* Handling of all internal vendor price control with manufacturing plants
* Management of price templates in MS Excel
* Control of internal workflows
* Internal liaising with relevant departments to ensure sales and purchase prices are processed correctly
* Supporting and advising the commercial team where necessary
* Working as part of a joint team and contributing ideas for areas of improvement with general ad-hoc duties as required
* Support of other sales administrative customer requirements
Qualifications
* Completed commercial or technical training with appropriate in depth further training or comparable qualification
* Experience in the commercial sector desirable
* Several years of professional experience in the field of price control or master data maintenance desirable
* Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
* Good knowledge of using common ERP systems
* Business fluent German and English skills
* Careful and reliable as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working
* Ability to work in a team
