Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for shaping the construction industry and driving digital innovation, with a strong focus on safety and successful project delivery.
The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for leading the design development, tendering, and subcontractor awards of the MEP trades, as well as coordinating all MEP construction stages from initial work preparation to final commissioning and hand-over.
* Drive the design development, tendering, and subcontractor awards of the MEP trades.
* Coordinate all MEP construction stages, from initial work preparation up to final commissioning and hand-over.
* Safeguard trade performance and progress, adherence to budgets, and results while bringing in own ideas to develop even better solutions.
* Prioritize quality assurance as well as occupational health and safety.
* Conduct initial subcontract negotiations with trade contractors as well as variation request reviews, assessments and negotiations.
* Organize and lead the entire MEP project team and coordinate interdisciplinary with other trades.
* Foster strong business relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure joint project success.
Your Profile
* Successfully completed studies or an equivalent combination of training and experience and at least 10 years of experience with responsible tasks in the MEP works.
* Broad experience in the construction of data centers or similar advanced technology facilities with high MEP content.
* Enjoy entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
* Passionate about modern technical systems.
* Good understanding of contractual matters.
* High motivation, teamwork, and communication skills.
* Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe.
