In this role, you will be responsible for driving restaurant partnerships and growing our business in the region.Key Responsibilities:Drive restaurant partnerships – Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with restaurant partners.Build your territory – Research and identify the best restaurant partners in the area, ensuring we partner with top local spots.Negotiate and close deals – Manage contract negotiations, establishing mutually beneficial relationships that drive sustainable growth.Onboard new restaurant partners – Work closely with restaurant owners to ensure a seamless transition onto our platform.Sell the vision – Educate partners on how we can help grow their business, introducing them to new features and opportunities.Secure exclusive partnerships – Sign top-tier restaurant partners with exclusive agreements, strengthening our market position.Requirements:2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills – You know how to create and close deals.A go-getter attitude – You are self-motivated, thrive on challenges, and take ownership of your goals.Excellent communication skills – Confident and persuasive over the phone and in person.Fluency in German and English is required.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a plus but not required.Why Join Us?We offer more than just a job – we offer a career that's fast-paced, exciting, and full of opportunities for growth.
