Your position in the Customer Operations Department provides you the opportunity to gain knowledge and exposure to various functions and business processes within TI including but not limited to Sales, Planning, Logistics, Receivables and Credits as well as Asset Management. The Customer Operations team is focused on eliminating barriers and supporting business growth, by driving optimal demand coverage and proactive order management activities with customers and sales. The internship will allow you to understand Texas Instruments order to cash process, while also giving you the opportunity to take responsibility for an individual project related to your academic background. Your tasks: The Customer Operations team is focused on logistics processes and supply/demand management. Our goal is to achieve annual revenue plans by driving optimal backlog coverage and proactive order management. It includes analyzing and understanding processes as well as making an impact through automation & efficiency.
