WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Join our Corporate Compensation & Mobility Team and support and represent Corporate HR in cross-unit and BASF Group wide projects in the area of international personnel assignments. In this position, you are the primary contact person for the various divisions and subsidiaries as well as colleagues who provide services related to international personnel assignments.
* You analyze and continually further develop internal processes and procedures related to international transferee compensation, taking into account external trends and developments.
* In this role, you design concepts for all transferee compensation topics considering relevant IT tools. Additionally, you develop a change management approach to ensure a smooth transition and implementation of these concepts.
* You are in regular exchange with colleagues from the Global Business Services Mobility department, the mobility experts in the divisions and our external compensation data provider to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Moreover, you draft tenders and participate in contract negotiations with the external mobility compensation data provider, ensuring that strategic priorities are considered and an effective contractual framework is established.
* You independently handle inquiries regarding exceptions to the existing compensation concept for transferees.
* You also take on other tasks in the mobility area as needed and support projects.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* successfully completed master's degree in economics or similar field with approx. 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in the field of human resources in an international company, including at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of mobility
* expert knowledge of all technical aspects relating to compensation of international personnel deployment
* proficient in MS Office and extensive experience with SAP HR
* effective and engaging communication with the key account managers of our providers in English; German is a plus
* collaborative team player with an affinity for project-based work
WHAT WE OFFER
* gross annual salary (full-time): 65.000 - 69.000 €, depending on qualifications and work experience
