How you will spend your time as our next Supply Chain Execution Specialist:
As a Supply Chain Expert, you will work closely with your Group Solution Owner Logistics & Manufacturing to implement end-to-end processes in a complex solution environment centered around INFOR CloudSuite Food & Beverage. You will be responsible for deriving and implementing defined requirements and maintaining multiple scenarios to meet user expectations for functionality and accuracy. In addition, you will take ownership of deployment, design enhancements, and system configurations to improve our end users' use of business applications and support day-to-day operations, such as e.g. incident management activities.
What you will do:
1. As a business expert in Supply Chain Execution (warehousing module) you will ensure that warehousing, distribution, and quality management applications meet business needs and end-user requirements.
2. Additionally, you will share responsibility for applications such as Lot and Allocation Control, Inventory Statistics, Warehouse Management Systems & Interfaces. This entails ensuring these applications fulfil business objectives, meet end-user requirements, and address any system application issues that arise.
3. Knowledge in areas of Manufacturing or other Infor applications such as Factory Track or Graphical Lot Tracker would be a plus.
4. Your Role involves identifying and resolving issues with system applications and ensuring that new software integrations meet functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
5. Conduct impact analyses for monthly code drop release notes.
6. Assist business teams with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) requirements for existing and new Infor M3 systems and modules.
7. Translate business requirements into working solutions and create technical designs and configuration documents.
What we expect of you:
8. Solid business understanding and ability to build relationships between business and IT.
9. Advanced knowledge of business process management, requirements definition, solution design, and testing.
10. Experience with ERP implementations required, with preferred experience in warehouse management systems/applications such as Infor WMS, M3 Supply Chain Execution, EDI, M3 Manufacturing Execution (as a plus).
11. Experience working in a global manufacturing company, with food industry experience as a plus.
12. Experience with multi-phase global implementations is preferred.
13. Ability to work effectively in a complex, collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural and geographically diverse setting.
14. Good command of spoken and written English is essential, and knowledge of German is a plus.
