So what is the role?
You will co-create nunc. sales touchpoints together with our sales lead and founders. Your mission and challenge are to test all possible sales channels and learn what drives the most efficient and projectable sales for nunc:
* Develop sales channels, such as influencers, boutique stores (B2B), small offices (B2B), co-brands, and events.
* Conceptualize and build retail footprint with pop-up stores and permanent locations.
* Create sales campaigns across digital channels (CRM, Paid, Web) with the marketing team.
* Support market expansion to other European countries in the future.
* Collaborate with the team to identify and optimize the most effective sales strategies.
This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:
* You have developed and tested a sales channel strategy together with the team that is ready to kickstart nunc.'s growth in 2025 in Germany and later internationally.
* You have opened the first nunc. store or café.
* You have sold hundreds of nunc. systems through your direct efforts.
* You are ready to build up an entire team around the sales channel that works best and scale it (e.g., nunc. stores, B2B).
What you need for this role:
* You have a bachelor's degree or higher. If you can demonstrate sales acumen, a business degree is not required.
* Great project management skills and the ability to adapt to the complex, changing environment of an early-stage company.
* Relevant experience in sales from other direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, startups, or similar.
* Direct experience in launching, testing, and scaling sales channels in D2C, especially in luxury or higher-priced markets, is a significant plus.
* Experience in managing partnerships in retail, events, or B2B is beneficial.
* Curiosity, openness, and a strong sales drive with the nunc. touch of hospitality are qualities we look for.
