Pramac, part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Regional Service & Training Manager – DACH Regions (Power Gensets, Light Towers and Battery Storage Systems) The selected candidate will be responsible for: Managing the daily operation of the service department which includes the function of field service team management, customer service, products support and warranty claims. Produce the necessary training materials in the local language according to company standards. Lead the products training activities and train both internal engineers and external service dealers. Evaluate the existing service dealers and refresh their knowledge and competence with new products and technologies. Seeking and appointing new service dealers wherever necessary. Ensuring the service department’s performance meets with company standards and customers’ expectations. Supporting Sales team and distributor’s networks on service-related information/requirements. Provide guidance and approval on customer’s warranty claims. Monitor daily the salesforce service-related cases and chase the outstanding cases. Report on Monthly basis on the service department KPI’s to the management. Prepare and deliver technical training and guidance’s to dealers and direct customers. Coordinate with the HQ service team to update the resolutions of service cases and quality issues. Visiting on a frequent basis company key clients and dealers. Planning the operating expenses based on agreed operating budget. About the candidate: Proven experience with the same role with reputed organization. Qualified electrical / electronic engineer. Strong knowledge of power generators, light towers and battery storage systems. Strong communicator with ability to establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to carry out the required troubleshooting, fault diagnosis of all electrical and electronic circuits. Ability to read all electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. Ability to prepare service reports, technical documents and training materials. Strong computer and software skills. Solution focused with excellent customer service skills.
